		<description>As for #6, external wikis, please visit our wiki for San Francisco homeless resources at www.sfhomeless.net, where we are trying to do a better job than the government or private databases can do alone.  By turning over responsibility to the community, we can do a much better job at keeping these resources as accurate as possible.  Government and private webmasters don&#039;t have the same connection that the people who use the resources have, and therefore new and better ideas are going to come out of the community.
